Our Story
BridgePoint Mediation was founded in 2008 by Dr. Sarah Chen after witnessing firsthand how adversarial litigation destroyed business relationships and families. With a vision of a better way, she assembled a team of mediators who shared her belief in collaborative resolution.
Today, BridgePoint is one of the nation's leading mediation firms, with offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and Miami. Our team of 45+ certified mediators has resolved over 2,400 disputes, saving clients millions in litigation costs and, more importantly, preserving the relationships that matter.
We pioneered the use of technology in mediation — from our AI-powered mediator matching algorithm to our secure document sharing platform and virtual session infrastructure. But at our core, we remain committed to the human art of finding common ground.
